1982-1988 Chevy Monte Carlo 2-Door Carpet (801-Black Plush Cut Pile)

This aftermarket automotive carpet is a replacement for 1982 to 1988 Chevy Monte Carlo, 2 Door, and will be made in 801-Black Plush Cut Pile. Other colors and materials may be available in the selection above. The carpet will be made with standard flexible polyethylene backing, but you can contact us to upgrade to mass backing.

Unless specified, the jute padding will be attached in the foot area of the carpet, and installation may require trimming around the edges and cutting holes as needed. There is a large variety of colors available, so please request free samples if you want to match a specific color.

Before beginning the installation, be sure to read the full instructions, as they may vary for multi-piece sets. The steps include removing the new product from the box and laying it flat to allow contours to pop back into place, comparing the new and old carpet, using the old carpet as a template for console cuts if necessary, and folding the new product in half to fit it into the vehicle. Additional steps involve making cuts for brackets, shifters, vents, etc., cutting in the center at the firewall to allow the product to go underneath the dash, and continuing the same procedure for the remainder of the installation.

Please note that holes may not be cut in automotive carpet, and the carpet may require trimming to install. The install instructions can be found on the Help tab in our store details page.
